Plugs: Plug-in products ship with a plug matching your delivery country’s standard (e.g. US, EU, UK, AU) wherever available. Where a region-specific plug is not available for a particular product, a US-standard plug is supplied and a plug adapter may be required — this will be noted on the product page. Hardwired fixtures connect directly to mains wiring and do not use a plug.

Local certifications: Certification requirements for electrical products vary by country (e.g. RCM in Australia/New Zealand, CE in the EU, UKCA in the UK). If your installation, installer, or local regulations require a specific certification mark, please contact us at support@dlightdecor.com before placing your order to confirm suitability. We cannot accept compatibility-related returns where the customer did not verify certification requirements prior to purchase, except where required by law.

Installation: Hardwired fixtures must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local regulations. Damage caused by incorrect installation or use with an incompatible power supply is not covered under warranty.
