Order Processing and Shipping Times: Upon receiving an order, we require a processing period of 3-5 business days to prepare and dispatch items. For custom-made products, the processing time extends to 7-12 days due to the specialized nature of their production.
Free Shipping: We provide Free Shipping services, typically resulting in delivery within 7-18 working days. Please note that there is a handling time of 3-5 Days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Delays and Issues: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may lead to shipping delays. In such cases, we will promptly notify the customer of any potential hold-ups.
Courier Services and Transit Responsibility: Once shipped, we entrust the delivery to reliable courier services. If customers require package redirection or changes, we will liaise with postal services on their behalf. However, please understand that we are not responsible for delays or issues during transit.
Non-Delivery: If a customer does not receive the package within the expected timeframe, we encourage prompt contact with us, providing the order number. This will help us locate the shipment and resolve the matter quickly.
Fulfillment Centers: We operate fulfillment centers in the USA, China, Spain, and Germany. Orders are dispatched from the nearest fulfillment center based on stock availability to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
Tracking Information: Every shipment includes tracking information, which we will communicate to the customer via email or SMS immediately upon dispatch. If an order requires multiple shipments, we will provide additional tracking information for each package.
Customer Communication: For any inquiries or concerns regarding the shipment, please contact us. To expedite the resolution process, please include the order number in all correspondences.
Customs and Import Duties Please note that all international orders may be subject to additional customs clearance charges. The customer is responsible for paying these charges, if applicable.
